Because our products are small-batch and unique, we have established the following guidelines regarding shipping, purchase options, and cancellations to ensure a transparent and positive experience.
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
All of our pieces are meticulously handcrafted. While we strive to maintain an inventory of our one-of-a-kind designs, please note the following:
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- High Demand: During periods of high volume or specific artisan production schedules, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize eco-friendly and sustainable packaging to minimize our environmental footprint.
- Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Peak Seasons: During busier times of the year, please allow up to 15 business days for your treasures to reach you.
- Pre-Orders: For items purchased on pre-order, please allow up to 30 business days for shipping, as these pieces are often being meticulously handcrafted just for you.
- Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order is on its way, we’ll send a tracking link to the email address you provided. You can follow its journey from our hands to your door.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Silver Mexican Treasures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Purchase Options
By placing an order with Silver Mexican Treasures, you agree to the following:
- Product Variance: Because our jewelry is handcrafted using traditional tools, minor variations in stone color, silver texture, and dimensions are expected and celebrated as a mark of authenticity.
- Payment: All major credit cards and Shopify-approved payment methods are accepted. Payment must be received in full before an order enters the fulfillment stage.
5. Cancellation Policy
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
- Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within six (6) hours of placing your order.
- Process: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at our official support email with your order number.
- Post-Shipment: Once an order has been processed and a shipping label has been created or the item has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy to initiate a return once the item arrives.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Silver Mexican Treasures is committed to ensuring your jewelry arrives safely.
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at our support email. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, please note that Silver Mexican Treasures is not responsible for any loss or damage to products once they have been shipped from our facilities. If you encounter issues with delivery, please contact the carrier using your tracking information.
- We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.
