Unified Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Silver Mexican Treasures. We want you to love your handcrafted jewelry!

At Silver Mexican Treasures, we take great pride in the high-purity, handcrafted nature of our silver and stone jewelry. Because our pieces are meticulously created by women artisans in small batches, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind selection. This Unified Refund & Exchange Policy governs all purchases made through https://silver-mexican-treasures.myshopify.com.

1. Returns & Exchanges (Return and Exchange Period)

We accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. After this 30-day window has elapsed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Goods

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, perfect condition, unworn, with no signs of wear, use, or damage.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including jute pouches and paper boxes).
  • All original labels and tags must remain intact.
  • The original invoice/sales receipt and the Warranty Certificate must be presented at the time of the request. No repairs, exchanges, or returns will be processed without the valid Warranty Certificate.

3. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

Due to their unique nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or Bespoke Pieces: Any jewelry created specifically to customer specifications.
  • Engraved Items: Any piece that has been personalized with text or symbols.
  • Discontinued / Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Discontinued" or "Final Sale" (including items purchased from a "Final Sale" or "Last Chance" collection).

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

We stand behind the quality of our certified .925 sterling silver. If your jewelry arrives damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately so we can make it right with a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method if a replacement is not available.

Please note that because our jewelry is handcrafted using traditional tools, minor variations in design, stone color, and texture are hallmarks of authenticity and are not considered defects.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Risk of Loss: Silver Mexican Treasures is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the item.

6. Refunds (Refund Process)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
