1. Handcrafted Nature

Each piece of Silver Mexican Treasures jewelry is handmade by artisans. Because of this, small variations in design and color are normal and part of the beauty of your unique piece.

2. Shipping & Risk

Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. While we hand off the package to trusted carriers, we want you to get your jewelry! If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. While the carrier is technically responsible once they take the package, we will work with you to file a claim and find a solution.

3. Consolidated Returns and Refunds Policy

To ensure clarity, this policy supersedes any previous versions found on our website or FAQ.

• Return Window: We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect, saleable condition, unworn, and in their original packaging with all labels and the warranty certificate included.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made, engraved, or discontinued "Last Chance" pieces.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at treasuresmx@gmail.com for instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Defective Items: If you receive a faulty or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

4. Ethical and Sustainable Practices

We are committed to fair trade and sustainability. Our jewelry is handcrafted using hand tools and shipped in biodegradable jute and seeded paper. We provide this information to the best of our knowledge to ensure transparency in our environmental impact.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and stories on this site belong to Silver Mexican Treasures. Please don't use them without asking us first.

6. Liability

We provide our jewelry "as is." While we stand by our quality, our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
